The Recruiting Professional role is a vital, revenue‑driving position inside AdMerk Corp’s enterprise recruiting division. This role exists for recruiters who excel at what truly matters: closing searches, delivering qualified hire‑ready candidates, and building client trust through results.

What you’ll do
Take full ownership of the search lifecycle and deliver results that drive enterprise growth.
Lead full‑cycle recruiting across enterprise, mid‑market, and growth‑stage clients
Deliver qualified, vetted candidates aligned to role, culture, and leadership needs
Manage and close searches efficiently and professionally
Partner with clients to understand business goals, hiring urgency, and long‑term vision
Maintain high standards of integrity, communication, and candidate experience
Directly contribute to surplus profits that fund AdMerk Corp’s three missions
